Anthony Hewitt is an award-winning British concert pianist and founder and Artistic Director of the Ulverston International Music Festival. An internationally acclaimed performer, Anthony is Professor of Piano at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and is widely respected for his work with emerging young musicians. He is also known for his imaginative outreach projects, most notably “Olympianist”, in which he cycled the length of Britain with a piano, giving a recital every evening in support of charity and music education.
